JARSP is a UK-based brand offering handmade crochet bags and wallets, crafted with care and intention. Each piece is made to order reflecting our dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability.
Orders
All bags are made to order and not pre-stocked.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your bag to be handmade and prepared for dispatch.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and Paypal via our secure payment gateway.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping
Free shipping for the UK mainland, after production, 3 to 5 business days.
For international shipping please contact us for a quote
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
As each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
